Return Policy

You may return new, unworn and unused items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase for full refund.  Please pack all items in there original packing for return.  All returns are at the customers expense. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

* Please note that returns for Apolina items ordered during Launch Week are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Launch Week is defined as the day of Launch and the six (6) days following. Shipping on Apolina items will require signiture slightly increasing shipping prices. 

We currently ship only within the USA. Please contact us to inquire about shipping to locations outside of the USA.

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders under $150. Orders totaling over $150 receive free shipping. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. All items ship through USPS.
